1. Founding 50 enrollment

• Enrollment is limited to 50 Ambassadors, selected by Soulera at its sole discretion.

• Founding 50 status is personal to you and can't be transferred.

• Enrollment closes when all 50 spots are filled, or earlier at Soulera's discretion.

2. Commissions

• First order: 20% of each referred patient's first paid order.

• Every later order: a lifetime rate based on your tier (Section 3).

• Commissions are calculated and paid as described in the Program Terms: on the amount the patient actually pays, after discounts and excluding taxes, shipping, and fees, and subject to the pending period and adjustments.

3. Commission tiers

• Origin ($0 to $24,999 in total credited sales): 20% on each patient's first order, then 10% on every later order for life.

• Ascent ($25,000 to $49,999 in total credited sales): 20% on each patient's first order, then 12% on every later order for life.

• Summit ($50,000 or more in total credited sales): 20% on each patient's first order, then 15% on every later order for life.

• Your tier is based on total sales credited to you since joining the Founding 50.

• You move up automatically when you reach a tier's threshold. The higher rate applies to future orders, including from patients you referred before moving up.

• Once reached, a tier doesn't drop because of lower sales in later months.

4. Partner referral reward

• You earn 5% of the original sale amount of orders credited to Ambassadors you refer to the Program, for as long as you and they both remain active Ambassadors in good standing.

• This reward doesn't reduce the referred Ambassador's own commissions.

• It's paid only on genuine patient purchases. There's no reward for recruiting alone.

5. Patient discount

• Patients receive 10% off orders placed with your personal code.

• The discount applies only when your code is entered at checkout.

6. What "lifetime" means

• Lifetime rates apply to orders from a patient you referred for as long as that patient remains a Soulera patient and you remain an active Founding 50 Ambassador in good standing.

• If you leave or are removed from the Program, commissions on future orders stop, as described in the Program Terms.

• If you move to the standard Ambassador program (Section 8), standard rates apply to future orders instead.

7. Monthly activity requirement

• The requirement. To keep Founding 50 status, complete the monthly Founding 50 content requirement shown in your partner dashboard each calendar month. The current requirement is 2 qualifying posts per month, published at least one week apart.

• Qualifying posts. An original short-form video (such as an Instagram Reel, TikTok, or YouTube Short) about Soulera, published that month on a public account you control, that includes your code or link, clearly discloses your relationship with Soulera, and follows the Healthcare Marketing Standards in the Program Terms.

• Submitting. Submit a link to each post through that month's bounty in your partner dashboard by the last day of the month. We review every submission. Posts that don't meet the requirements don't count.

• Performance alternative. A month also counts as met if at least 5 new patients' first paid orders are credited to you during that month.

• Content rewards. If a monthly bounty includes a reward, it's paid separately from your commissions.

• Changes. We may update the requirement with notice by email or through your partner dashboard. Changes apply from the next calendar month.

8. Missed months and moving to the standard program

• Missed month. A month is missed if the requirement isn't met by the end of that calendar month.

• Notice. If you miss 2 consecutive months, or 3 months within any rolling 6-month period, we'll notify you by email.

• Catch-up period. You then have 30 days from the notice to meet the current month's requirement.

• Moving to standard. If the requirement still isn't met, we may move you to the standard Ambassador program. Standard rates then apply to future orders, including from patients you previously referred. Commissions already earned aren't affected, and your code and link stay active.

• Pauses. For medical, family, or other personal circumstances, you may ask us in advance to pause the requirement. Pauses are granted at our discretion.

• Reinstatement. Moving back into the Founding 50 is at Soulera's discretion and depends on availability.

9. Founding rate lock

• As long as you meet the activity requirement and remain in good standing, we won't reduce your Founding 50 rates in Sections 2 through 4 for future orders, except where required by law or regulation, or if the Program ends for all Partners.

• This rate lock takes priority over the general right to change rates in the Program Terms.

10. Confidentiality

These Founding Terms and your rate structure are confidential information under the Program Terms. You may tell people you're a Founding 50 Ambassador, but don't publish or share these Founding Terms or your rates.

11. Acceptance

We send these Founding Terms to you by email when you're accepted into the Founding 50. You accept them, together with the Program Terms, by remaining in the Founding 50 program after receiving them or by accepting them online. Acceptance online is an electronic signature with the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
